2. Service Usage
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Services are provided on point-to-point, daily, or package basis.
- Any deviation from agreed itinerary or duration may attract additional charges.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment or team confirmation.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and contact details.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Toll, parking, permits, and driver allowance may be extra.
- Payments via UPI, bank transfer, or approved digital modes.
- Balance amount must be settled before or during the trip.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on timing and service type.
- Last-minute cancellations may forfeit advance payment.
- Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7–10 working days.
- No refund for early termination or unused services.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Be punctual at pickup locations.
- Carry valid government-issued ID.
- Follow local laws and traffic rules.
- Maintain respectful behaviour with the driver.
- Any vehicle damage due to negligence will be charged.
7. Driver & Vehicle
- Vehicles are driven by licensed and experienced drivers.
- Vehicle allocation is subject to availability.
- Extended driver hours may incur extra charges.
- As vehicle pickup load increases in hilly areas and ghat sections, air conditioning (AC) may be temporarily turned off at such stretches for safety and optimal vehicle performance.
8. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their luggage and belongings.
The company is not liable for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
9. Tour Packages
- Itineraries may change due to weather or regulations.
- Entry tickets, meals, and sightseeing charges are excluded unless mentioned.
- Hotel bookings are subject to third-party terms.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes,
roadblocks, government restrictions, or unforeseen vehicle breakdowns.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
- We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or events.

Website content is for informational purposes only.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
13. Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
